Toxicity of metronomic cyclophosphamide chemotherapy in a UK population of cancer-bearing dogs: a retrospective study

The most common toxicities were sterile haemorrhagic cystitis (n=16) and gastrointestinal disorders (n=12).

Cerebellar disease of ruminants
Clinical signs of cerebellar disease include hypermetric gait in all limbs, normal to increased muscle tone, wide-based stance, swaying, intention tremor, and convulsions.

Use of mycophenolate mofetil to treat immune-mediated skin disease in 14 dogs -- a retrospective evaluation

All dogs were treated with MMF (mean dose 14.7 mg/kg twice daily) in conjunction with glucocorticoids.

Should I let younger horse view older horse's body?

I am putting my 30-year-old mare down tomorrow. Her daughter, 20 years old, is very bonded. The younger mare is high strung and reactive to start with. They have been together all but 3-4 months in her life. I am ready to sedate her for the first few days and I do not want the barn torn down. There is not another horse there presently.


It was suggested that I allow the younger horse to view the body for her to process that the older horse is gone. It could go two ways...??
