Whether you're a new VINner wondering where to start or a long-time VINner wondering if you've missed anything, there's plenty of help at your fingertips.
Start with VIN 101, a handy guide created by the Member Relations Team. Learn how to navigate VIN and read a brief description of each of the main menu items.
If you're looking for help with a specific area of VIN, try the VIN Help Resource Center, where you can browse the topics or search for a word or phrase.
If you learn better with a little personal guidance, try the online, interactive 'How To Use VIN' sessions. They take place on the first three Wednesdays of each month at 9:30 p.m. ET. Also, don't miss the 'How To' page for more great tips and tutorials!
To keep up with VIN's constant growth, take the time to explore the Front Page at least once a week and read the VIN This Week newsletter twice a week.
