THE VIN MEMBERSHIP SERVICES TEAM IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP
The VIN Member Services Team (nicknamed VINGRAM) is dedicated to helping VINners.
VINGRAM reviews membership applications, keeps track of billing and membership records and is always ready to help. You never have to wade through a bunch of automated options to reach a live person. VINGRAM’s mission is to make joining VIN and maintaining your membership as easy as possible!
VINGRAM can be reached by phone Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific Time and by email at VINGRAM@vin.com any time. Emails are usually answered within 24 hours.
