It's now available for over 225 of the 900+ drugs in the VVDH. You'll find the calculator in the Doses section of the most visited drugs in the formulary; more drugs will be added on a regular basis.

A stand-alone version is in the VIN Library under Calculators & Conversion Tables and in MyCalculations.
