Start with the Signalment

Signalment is the first critical piece of any clinical case presentation. This is true in your practice, and it's true when you post to the VIN Message Boards.
Adding your patient's information to the signalment form you are presented with when you post a case keeps that information highlighted at the top of every post in the thread so your colleagues have easy access to these critical details as they work to help you with your case.
