Do you have a fluid infusion pump and/or a syringe pump in your clinic?

Times and technology change. Once upon a time, in the land before fluid pumps, calculating fluid rates via drip count was the norm. Has this technique wandered into extinction with the wooly mammoth, or is it still alive and well? Share your practice's approach in this week's Quick Poll. (Apologies to those looking for the usual "This doesn't apply to my job situation" option -- the Quick Poll team had a goof this week.)

Coincidence? Perception? Several colleagues have noted seeing an improvement in patients shortly before a scheduled euthanasia, so last week's Quick Poll asked the VIN Community about this perceived phenomenon. Over half of respondents said they have either seen or heard from clients that their pet had made a sudden improvement multiple times. What has your experience been? To view last week's poll results or to take these or other polls, visit the Quick Poll Archives.
