Share Your Diverse Experiences

What do we have in common? Our differences. VINners share much. However, our distinct identities can shape our lives very differently. The Commons Message Board has been created to support a greater understanding of each other’s experiences.

The Commons is a place for colleagues to share experiences and thoughts about how our identities impact our practice, job experience, client interactions, education, collegial interactions, and life outside work.

Currently, The Commons has folders for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Veterinarians, LGBTQIA+ Veterinarians, Military Veterinarians, and Women Veterinarians. Come visit The Commons to chat with and learn from your colleagues.
