No Show, No Worries?
While sometimes a reprieve, the downsides of client no-shows can range from inconvenient to costly. Last week's Quick Poll asked how your practice handles no-shows. Nearly 50% of VINners who took the poll say their practice contacts the client but does not charge for the missed appointment. Only 3% have changed no-show policies since the COVID pandemic began.
