 Becoming confident in surgery takes knowledge, time, practice, and guidance, but not everyone starting (or re-starting) their career has access to surgical mentorship.
The new VIN Surgical Mentor Program, offered through the VIN Veterinary Mentorship Academy, aims to match (non-specialist) GP veterinarians skilled in basic and routine surgical procedures with those in need of such mentorship.
