When a potential employee or employer have connected about potential employment and one decides to not pursue the relationship, what do you consider appropriate?

Have you ever found that great potential employee only to have them vanish into a communications black hole? Conversely, have you been ghosted by a potential boss after an interview you thought you rocked? This week's Front Page Quick Poll looks at expectations for communications around employment decisions. Visit the Front Page to share your thoughts.

Last week's Front Page Quick Poll examined VINner attitudes toward clients sharing personal information. Do you like to chat, or is anything beyond "just the facts" TMI (too much info)? The largest number of VINners (41% of respondents) said that their tolerance for the intimate depends on both the client and the story. Just over 10% like the connection and 23% recognize that having additional knowledge of their clients may help with patient management. 8% would really prefer to stick to the patient and case, thanks. How're you with client chat?

Visit the Quick Poll Archives to take and view the full results of this poll and others.
