Web Tour allows a moderator or instructor to send a web page to all the participants within the Unity classroom. 

This feature has fallen out of common usage.  We prefer to have the URLs sent directly into the Conference Room either from the Warp Type or provided in the Conference Room input text box.  The live links are then made part of the session record and will be available for reference when the session transcript is created.   

Select WEB TOUR from the Unity ADMIN TOOLS menu.

When the Web Tour Admin dialog displays, enter the URL of the web page, video, or slideshow that you wish to share with the class into the text box and then press SEND THIS PAGE. The URL can be entered in either of the following formats:    beta.vin.com   or   http://beta.vin.com

All the participants within the Unity classroom will receive a Web Tour dialog. When a participant selects YES from the Web Tour dialog, the specified URL will open in a separate browser window, outside the Unity window.
