Security System 2.0

  • What's different in Security 2.0?
    • Log out from any page -- including the secondary security page.

  • Why would you want to log out?
    • Logging out allows you to end your sessions without closing all of your open browser windows.
    • Logging out keeps you and your colleagues from accidentally impersonating each other.
      • You and your staff can easily log out of your sessions, so others can log in.

Figures 1 and 2. In VIN Security System 1.0, the initial login window popped up as a separate window.   In VIN Security System 2.0, the initial login is a full page.
