Working with veterinary conferences for many years has helped us develop a keen understanding of what features and services conference attendees find valuable. We develop a relationship with each conference to mutually offer services that will provide an experience attendees will look forward to.

Here are some examples of how VIN can help:

Cyber Café

We currently provide Cyber Cafés at close to 40 veterinary conferences around the world.  We work with each conference to build a Cyber Café area that best fits the needs of attendees. Take a look at some examples on the Cyber Café and Photos pages.

• Customized Main Screen: We’ll work with you to create buttons/icons that allow your attendees quick, easy access to email, internet, and important conference information.

• Technology/equipment: Keeping up with the latest technology and equipment helps us provide up-to-date features and services.

• Printing: We provide one or more printer(s) for your attendees to use; however, we do encourage large print jobs be taken elsewhere in consideration of others.

• Wireless options: In addition to the standard ‘wired’ Cyber Café, we can set up a separate ‘wireless’ area (photo examples) using a small local network so your attendees can relax and connect with their own mobile devices. We can also provide wireless for an entire conference.

• Phone Charger: A new attendee favorite! As part of the Cyber Café, we can supply a custom-branded, professional phone charging station.

Proceedings

• Pre-Conference Release: We’ll help collect, format and create your online conference proceedings and work with you to notify attendees how to access and use the proceedings. After a certain amount of time (per mutual agreement) the proceedings then become a part of the VIN Library and available to the VIN Community.
• PDF Mobile option: With this option, attendees can easily download PDFs versions of proceedings to their personal mobile devices.

• Post-Conference Release: If you’ve already arranged for another company to host your conference proceedings, we ask that you consider giving VIN permission to add them to the VIN Library after the conference is over (usually 4-6 months later). Seeing your conference proceedings as part of the many other valuable, searchable resources available on VIN is another chance for VIN Members worldwide to learn about your conference and be directed to your website.
